If you’re in a state near our headquarters in New Jersey, shipping takes just 3-5 days from the date that shipping is initiated. Those states include Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Virginia, as well as New Jersey itself. Farther out, shipping takes one or two weeks.
You do not need to be home for the kayak to be successfully delivered. If you expect to be away, you can discuss this ahead of time with customer service or when the driver contacts you about scheduling the delivery.
We pack every kayak carefully to ensure that it arrives pristine at your doorstep. Sensitive areas are covered in cardboard, and heavy plastic wrap encases the whole vessel.
