One advantage of our factory-direct business model is that it keeps shipping simple and quick. There are no middlemen for the kayak to go through – it’s straight to you! With that said, different products ship on different schedules, so be sure to note the delivery time frame in the dropdown menu when you make your order.

One thing you won’t see when you make your order, however, is any added charges for shipping. Our commitment to providing you high-quality kayaks at affordable prices means we aren’t slipping in any extra fees at the last minute.

Once the kayak has shipped, it should take one or two weeks to arrive at your doorstep. Our delivery driver will text you the estimated time of arrival a few hours ahead, which also gives you a chance to text back any special instructions.

Shipping is free for all customers, but the time it takes depends on location. In most states the shipping takes 7 to 14 days, but there is also a 3-4 day option in the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Virginia.

No, unfortunately we don’t offer express shipping because of how big the kayaks are.
