Return Policy & Conditions:
Items being returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To begin the return process, please contact us at Call toll free +1 (888) 864-7119 or email Help@rotocraftkayaks.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and restocking fees may apply depending on the item and condition of the return.
